NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
The first Oregon Battle of the Books meeting will be today during MS lunch in room 2.
There will be an FFA meeting tonight at 6:30pm in the Student Center for all students in grades 7-12 who may be interested in this program. Parents and students are both welcome and encouraged to attend!
The Lunch Buddies program will be starting next month. Students in grades 8-12 are invited to apply to become a Buddy. You will be matched up with an elementary student, who you will meet with for lunch on Tuesdays for about 40 minutes in the PH Community Center. You will spend time doing various activities with your little buddy. Applications can be picked up and dropped off with Jami in the HS Counseling office. These are due by Friday, Sept. 29th. Please see Jami with any questions.
If you applied for a parking pass, please see Ms. D in the front office to pick up your pass.
Come find out how to be a part of an unforgettable experience with friends, as we raise funds for children with health challenges. We partner with Children’s Miracle Network to create this opportunity for our high school students. All funds raised are donated to our local Children’s Hospital. In addition to activities that build comradery, we put together a memorable pageant that brings our community together, celebrating our gift to the children in our community. * Fun Fact – Kids Helping Kids High School Pageants are the single largest donor to our area Children’s Miracle Network! There will be an informational meeting for all HS students who may be interested. Many roles are needed – organizational, art, choreography, motivational, etc. You don’t need to be a performer to join Mr. Billie. Join us on Thursday, September 28th during HS lunch in Room 20!
